Super League Grand Final, Old Trafford, 2006 - 2010

The most important event in the Super League calendar demands an awe-inspiring entertainment programme and Red Sky at Night has delivered this for the past four years.  In recent years the 72,000-strong crowd at Old Trafford has witnessed famous names such as Katherine Jenkins, Scouting for Girls and the Wombats together with the best brass bands and pyrotechnics in the business, all helping create a truly electrical atmosphere for those watching within the stadium and tuning in on TV. 


Magic Weekend, Millennium & Murrayfield Stadiums, 2007 - 2010

14 teams, 1 stadium, 2 days…    The Magic Weekend has to be the most action-packed event in the Rugby League calendar.  Red Sky at Night has coordinated this weekend of matches, mascot games and music for the past three years in both Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and more recently in Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.  Crowds of around 60,000 fans have each year witnessed thrilling rounds of games played between all the Super League teams, interspersed with Mascot Games hosted by celebrities such as Keith ‘Cheggers’ Chegwin and Radio One's Dominic Byrne.


Tri-Nations, England, 2004 & 2005 & Four Nations 2009

We co-ordinated the Tri-Nations tournaments which featured matches between Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand, at venues including the City of Manchester Stadium, Elland Road, and Wigan's JJB Stadium. In 2009 France were added to the tournament and England played in place of Great Britian. Doncaster and Harlequins' ground The Stoop were new venues and we showcased top new street dance act 'Status' in the pre-match sequences. 


World Club Challenge, Leeds 2005

Red Sky at Night provided the match entertainment at the inaugural international club match between Leeds Rhinos and Canterbury Bulldogs in 2005.
